We designed the scheme to include key features attractive to future buyers, such as open-plan kitchen, dining and living spaces, a ground-floor WC, en-suite bedrooms with dressing areas, and a dedicated home office. Careful consideration was given to neighbouring properties and planning constraints, allowing us to maximise volume and footprint within acceptable limits. The result was a substantial three-storey family home designed to perform well in the local market.
