Project Concept
The client set out to establish a strong, recognisable coffee shop brand with the intention to franchise long term. Our role has been to translate their vision into well-designed, repeatable interior environments that balance brand identity with site-specific constraints. Each location needed to feel consistent while remaining flexible enough to suit different buildings and planning requirements.

We manage all planning applications for internal alterations, external changes, and new shopfront signage, working closely with multiple local authorities to secure approvals efficiently and in line with brand guidelines. This structured approach allows the franchise to scale smoothly across different councils and regions.
