Project Concept
The vision was to demolish the poorly extended existing building and create a contemporary retail unit with private accommodation above. With the plot sitting on a prominent corner, the design focused on maximising visibility, improving functionality, and establishing a clean, modern identity.

We began with a detailed site review, developing a design that balanced commercial needs with residential practicality. Working closely with planning officers, we refined massing, street presence, and layout until full planning approval was secured. We are now progressing Building Regulations drawings to prepare the project for construction.
