The aim was to design a contemporary, long-term family home tailored to the client’s lifestyle. Key features include a double-height entrance hall with a gallery landing, expansive living spaces, and a large orangery extension that maximises natural light and supports regular entertaining.

We carried out a full assessment of the existing site and worked closely with the client to capture every requirement. Detailed design proposals were developed, refined, and prepared for submission. The planning application is now being finalised, ready to be submitted to the Manchester City Council.
