The client acquired the property as a renovation opportunity, intending to create a long-term family home to accommodate their growing children. The site offered significant potential, particularly with its open views overlooking the fields of Kingsway School.
We were given creative freedom to fully explore the possibilities of the site, shaping a design that delivers both functionality and luxury. The concept centres on a contemporary family home that incorporates all the amenities expected of high-end living, while making the most of the surrounding outlook and spatial opportunities.

The agreed scheme features a crisp white rendered exterior, complemented by anthracite grey elements and zinc cladding, creating a clean yet distinctive aesthetic.
The design introduces innovative architectural features and a strong visual presence, ensuring the home stands out while remaining appropriate to its setting.
Following design approval, we supported the client through the planning submission process with Stockport Council, alongside producing high-quality 3D visualisations to clearly communicate the design intent and help bring the project to life prior to construction.
