Project Concept
The aim was to replace the outdated bungalow with a pair of contemporary semis that made full use of the plot. By proposing three-storey layouts, we created spacious, desirable homes suitable for resale, while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic that complements the surrounding area.

We developed concept designs, prepared detailed planning drawings, and liaised with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council to secure approval with minimal amendments. Following consent, we produced the full Building Regulations package, enabling the contractor to begin work on site without delay.
