Project Concept
The objective was to create modern terraced homes that responded positively to the surrounding residential context while improving on a previously approved but poorly designed scheme. The focus was on quality, density, and build efficiency to maximise the value and usability of the site within its constraints.

We began by submitting a pre-application enquiry to Bury Council, supported by a detailed feasibility study that explored multiple development options. This early-stage work demonstrated how the site’s potential could be maximised while addressing planning and site constraints. Following positive feedback, we refined the design through close consultation with planning officers and prepared a full set of planning and technical drawings to support delivery.
