The aim was to extend the rear of the property and form a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with direct views to the garden. The design focused on natural light, spatial efficiency, and creating a versatile family hub without needing full planning consent.

Our process
We opened up the existing rear of the home, removing internal walls to create a unified space. A new extension was designed with a vaulted ceiling and multiple skylights to maximise daylight. Detailed drawings and structural coordination ensured the new volume blended seamlessly with the original property.
