The aim was to transform the outdated house into a high-quality family home with generous living spaces and improved layout. Key requirements included open-plan accommodation, two separate lounges, accessible ground-floor bedrooms, and a feature glass balcony to maximise views across the golf course.

We carried out a full site review and developed a comprehensive redesign, incorporating side, rear, and front extensions to achieve the client’s brief.
