A feasibility study is normally more suited for larger projects where investors/developers require this particular service. There are many factors that could affect the suitability of a particular development on a site, such as site context, precedents, massing, access and many more! However, there is always a solution to a particular site and that solution can be identified through this early stage of the process.

In summary, a feasibility study will provide our clients some direction for the realisation of their project. Depending on the nature of the project, there could be substantial benefits of executing this process during the early stages of a project.
