The brief was to redesign this existing dated dormer bungalow to create a quality family home with extended living accommodation to the rear. The complete property was refurbished with new extensions to the rear overlooking the garden. The main requirement was to connect with the garden in the main open plan living area which was achieved by way of skylights and extensive solid oak finished bi-folding doors and large format windows facing the garden with raised decking area for those hot, summer days.
