The client was wanting to create larger living accommodation overlooking the extensive garden for it become the hub of the house. We obtained planning consent from the local authority utilising the ‘Prior Approval’ application for Larger House Extensions and was granted without any delays in the process. The whole project was seamless from inception to completion on site with a very happy client.
