Brief was to demolish the existing detached bungalow on this site and erect a new build detached two storey dwelling for our client and her family. It was a great project to work on as it is refreshing when the client has a clear vision of what they require and we were able to deliver her vision by way of a simple bay window design solution whilst considering the overall budget and timescales of the project. It was a challenge to obtain the planning consent but through some careful negotiations with the planning officer, we managed to agree a design solution which was finally approved by the local authority.
