Planning Application Drawings
Our planning application service normally includes producing existing and proposed plans and elevations, site layout, cross sections, schedules, outline specification and location plan. These are some of the drawings required for submitting a planning application. You may not require all of them, which is dependant on the nature of the project and the details of the proposal. We would be able to advise on which planning application drawings are required for the complete drawing package. We obtain and complete the planning application forms on your behalf and liaise with your local authority, keeping you informed of any feedback following submission.
With these drawn plans and elevations, you will be able to:
- Make a Planning application submission
- Make a Permitted Development application
However, we would normally submit the application on your behalf (unless agreed otherwise) to the local authority, as part of our service for you as our client.
Our fees are due at each completed stage of the project. For example, when the planning drawings are completed and are ready for submission to the planning department, you would be invoiced for that stage of the work.
