The existing house required a complete remodel and redesign wiuth various extensions ot create a fantastic 3000sq ft house. We did exactly that with a fantastic basement gym, steam, sauna, cinema room and extensive living accommodation on the upper floors with all en-suite bedrooms. The house was completely transformed by NADA and were pleased with the planning approval granted for such a signifcant increase in footprint to the original house. The house is hugely deceptive from the front elevation as you have a great sense of space internally with the garden tapering outwards towards the rear overlooking farm land.
