This property had been neglected over the years and required total refurbishment and redesign. We were instructed to reconfigure the complete dwelling to create high quality open plan living accommodation whilst retaining two separate living rooms on the ground floor. The client also required 5no. bedrooms in total to accommodate elderly parents on the ground floor. We made the most of the view with a beautiful glass balcony as the property benefited from overlooking Gatley Golf Club. In summary we added a two storey side extension, two storey & single storey rear extension, single storey side extension and front porch extension. The project was completed in August 2014.
