The site was previous used as a small community centre. The client appointed us to design a quality block of 24 apartments in this predominently residential area. The site is close to the city centre and the central hospital so was in a great location for development. We assisted the client with the planning process and obtained approval after various discussions with the planners, mainly relating to highways concerns and transport. All issues were addressed and planning was granted shortly after. We are now working on the remaining works such as Building Regulations drawings to mobilise the project on site later this year.
