The brief was to design a new build luxury family home for a domestic client in the heart of Chorlton. The plot was of generous size with great depth to the site. The existing property is very dated and tired and the client appointed us to design a forever family home for them which would ensure all their requirements are designed into tyhe scheme. One of which was the feature gallery landing area with double height entrance space and large orangery extension with extensive living as they enjoy entertaining guests on a regular basis. The application is to be submitted to the local autority shortly and look forward to obtaining planning approval for yet another happy client.
