The property overlooks the countryside to the rear so it was part of the brief to maximise the views beyond whilst in the accommodation on both ground and first floor levels. 
Brief was to demolish the existing detached bungalow on this site which is on a slightly elevation position and design a luxury family home with high quality finishes, gallery landing, double height spaces and various features throughout. The 3D renders produced demonstrate the quality and aesthetic achieved with attention to detail in all parts of the property.
